My salesman, Dalton, was extremely helpful. I came in with a request for a very specific truck. He took his time to not only show me the truck I wanted to see, but showed me a different truck that I liked even more that fit every description for the aesthetic I was seeking. The finance officer that processed my purchase, Noee Borjas, however, has made this vehicle purchase the most stressful vehicle sale I have ever experienced in my entire life. I financed the vehicle in my name only, I told Noee that I wanted my husband’s name on the title, explaining we’re a tax exempt veteran household and that my husband’s name has to be on the title in order for us to use the tax exemption benefit. Because the lien was in my name, without using my husband as a co-signer (I don’t need my spouse on the bank note, only the title) Noee processed the paperwork using my name only. When I expressed concerns about this, Noee misguided me, advising me to just go to the tag office and that they could add my husband’s name to the title. I have received my title documentation from the dealership. I’ve now spoken to 7 different tag offices, all of whom have informed me that they are legally unable to add his name to the title because the dealership did not process the paperwork with my husband’s name on it. I have contacted my lien holder- Ally Financial- who advised me they would have permitted the dealership to have added my husband’s name to the title without adding him to the lien, and that the dealership only needed to reach out to make it happen. I have been attempting to call Noee, I have left voicemails with no calls returned. I have called and asked to be transferred to a “manager” in the financial manager’s department and told that since Noee was who assisted me, I need to speak to him directly. I would love to speak to him directly, but he won’t answer or return my calls. I now have an issue that needs to be fixed, and feel like I am being intentionally ignored. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased through this dealership- the first three when it was operated under Hudiburg, this is the first under Confidence’s operation. As a consumer who has demonstrated loyalty and repeat business, I am feeling extremely unvalued and underserved by this transaction.

Service Advisor did a great job, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My truck was in for it's 1st service and I am completely satisfied with the quality of work done. One thing I might suggest is that you pay a little closer attention to cleanliness. I had oily fingerprints smeared on my horn button on the steering wheel. Other than that I was very happy with the Dealership and their employees.

The part I needed GM Part # 19124556,turns out, was $200 higher than any other GM dealership in the area. You wanted $1700 dollars to fix my power driver seat .Your advisor tried ordering a used part but when it came in, it had the same problem. I paid $198 and got nothing done to my 13 year old impala. I'm retired and sad to see the results. I was willing to pay $800 to fix the seat. My wife 5'2, I 6'3, is a safety thing for my wife, using pillows to drive it. I have to fix this issue, but apparently will not be with your dealership.
